The village defibrillator is located in a yellow cabinet in the centre of Enford, 25m north of the Swan Inn, next to the parish noticeboards (Hill House, Longstreet, SN9 6DD: Grid Ref SU142515).

In the event of an emergency situation, dial 999. If the emergency services judge that the defibrillator will be of assistance, they will give you the code to the lock and tell you what needs to be done. After use, please notify the village coordinator, Susie Browne.

If you would like to see a video showing how to use the defibrillator then follow this link (if the link doesn't work, go to Youtube and search for 'Cardiac Science G3 Plus AED'. Note that our unit is fully automatic and, once the pads are connected, it will analyse the patient's heart and automatically administer shocks as necessary.
